Russ Fuller to Speak at the 29th Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claim Conference

SAN DIEGO, California – March 16, 2018. Russ Fuller, Surety Claims Director at On Point Risk Solutions, will speak at the 29th Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claim Conference. Fuller will be representing ICW Group Insurance Companies, an On Point Risk Solutions’ sister company. The conference will be held April 20 in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

In its 29th year, the Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claim Conference offers educational seminars and resources to those in the Surety and Fidelity industry. CE credits are also available pending the completion of the conference. Fuller will be presenting during the segment entitled, “The Impact of a Principal’s ‘Newco.’”

Fuller has extensive experience in surety claims. Previously, he held senior claims counsel positions in a number of the largest U.S. surety companies and is also an experienced trial and appellate attorney. Fuller is a member of the Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Connecticut Bars, the 1st and 2nd Circuit U.S. District Courts and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
