Russ Fuller to Speak at 27th Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claim Conference
SAN DIEGO, California – April 5, 2016. Russ Fuller, Surety Claims Director at On Point Risk Solutions, will be speaking at the 27th Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claim Conference. Fuller will be representing ICW Group Insurance Companies, an On Point Risk Solutions sister company, at this event to be held in Charleston, South Carolina on April 21, 2016.
In its 27th year, the Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claim Conference offers educational seminars and resources to those in the Surety and Fidelity industry. CE credits are also available pending the completion of the conference. Fuller will be presenting during the segment entitled The Ins and Outs of Performance Bonds, and will be discussing performance bonds remedies available to the obligee.
Russ Fuller has extensive experience in surety claims, has held senior claims counsel positions in a number of the largest U.S. surety companies, and is also an experienced trial and appellate attorney. He is a member of the Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Connecticut Bars, and the 1st and 2nd Circuit U.S. District Courts, and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
