Russ Fuller Invited to Serve as a Panelist at the Second National Forum on Construction Claims & Litigation
SAN DIEGO, California – February 1, 2015. On Point Risk Solutions, a third party claims administrator for the surety industry, announced today that Russ Fuller will serve on a panel at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) second National Forum on Construction Claims and Litigation in New York on Feb. 24, 2015. He will join prestigious legal and claims professionals to discuss insurance and surety coverage related to construction defect claims.
During the session, “Managing Construction Disputes and Defect Claims, Coverage Issues, Containing Costs and Formulating Litigation Strategies, Settlement Negotiations,” Mr. Fuller will provide expert industry insights on:
- Dealing with multiple policies/carriers over various years
- Settlement negotiations
- Disputes that arise when drafting a contract
- Addressing the issue of parties frequently trying to limit liability and putting owners at risk
